STAMPED "SOLOMON BELL / STRASBURG / VA" DECORATED SALT-GLAZED STONEWARE JAR, "4" gallon capacity stamp, semi-ovoid form with flared collar and two ribbed handles, brushed cobalt hanging tulip decoration both sides, additional cobalt at and below handles. Third quarter 19th century. 13 3/4" h, 9" dia rim.
