EMANUEL SUTER (ATTRIBUTED), ROCKINGHAM CO., VA SALT-GLAZED STONEWARE CROCKS, LOT OF TWO, first with a "1/2" within a dotted oval capacity stamp, second with both "1" and "1/2" within a dotted oval capacity stamps, each with tan body and of wide-mouth form with flattened rim, first with Albany-slip glazed interior, second with unusual yellow-green glazed interior. Attributed to Emanuel Suter, New Erection Pottery, or Suter's Harrisonburg Steam Pottery. 1870-1900. 6 1/4" h, 7" dia rim, and 7 1/4" h, 8 3/4" dia rim.
