EMANUEL SUTER (ATTRIBUTED), ROCKINGHAM CO., VA SALT-GLAZED STONEWARE JARS, LOT OF TWO, each with "1/2" within a dotted oval capacity stamp, first straight-sided form with flattened rim and multiple incised rings, second semi-ovoid form with wax-groove canner rim. Attributed to Emanuel Suter, New Erection Pottery. 1870-1890. 6 3/4" h, 6" dia rim, and 8 1/2" h, 4" dia rim.
