1875 WATERFORD, VA ORDINANCES PRINTED ON FABRIC, titled "TOWN ORDINANCES / OF / Waterford, Loudoun County, Va.", containing 15 ordinances regulating nearly every phase of public life including "That it should be unlawful for any person or persons to play ball .", with "Approved July 3rd, 1875" and "Joseph C. James, Mayor" at end, contemporary frame. Fourth quarter 19th century. 19 1/2" x 13" sight, 20 3/4" x 14 1/2" overall.
