JAPANESE "PHOENIX BIRD" VARIOUS ARTICLES, LOT OF THIRTY-ONE, blue and white transfer, consisting of fifteen plates, four platters, two creamers, two covered sugar bowls, two tiles, a round and an oval vegetable bowl each with a Kiri on exterior, a coupe soup bowl, 7" dia undertray, teapot, and a rice tureen base, each with Cloud & Mountain border and mark numbers 17-A , 37, and 92, two largest platters with a Sinister and a Dexter phoenix. First half 20th century. Plates 4 7/8" to 9 5/8" dia; platters 7 1/2" to 16" long.
