This lot includes photographic equipment that was sent to us part of an estate collection from a lifelong photographer and collector. The items in the collection were very well cared for and carefully stored.

Condition/Details: "The Hasselblad 500 series is a very successful line of single-lens reflex medium format cameras made by the Hasselblad Corporation of Sweden, using German-made Carl Zeiss lenses with built-in leaf shutters.The 500 series is renowned for its excellent optics, sturdiness, reliability, and compact size. Until the recent popularity of 6~10+ megapixel interchangeable lens digital SLR cameras from Canon and Nikon, it was the standard camera of fashion and portrait studio photographers" (Nakamura). This beautifully kept lot includes the camera body, an automatic magazine 24, a lens flange, a magnifying apparatus, two lens protectors, a professional lens shade, and a 100 Polaroid magazine. Also included is a hefty folder of original owner's manuals, repair manuals and other period literature and documentation relating to the camera and associated items.
