Notes: Bound in marbled boards with three quarter leather, gilt embossed spines with raised spine bands and marbled endpapers and page edges, this antique set is a rare history of the French Revolution. The volumes show mild external wear, with somewhat cracked gutters; the marbled free endpapers are detached and the text blocks are all intact. The books measure approximately 5" x 7".
