Condition/Details: Bound in intricately embossed leather boards, this signed limited edition text discussing the history of the Pony Express is accompanied by a similarly bound near-facsimile of the Bibles given to the original Pony Express riders in 1860-1861. The "Story" volume is signed by the author in pen. Both volumes show beautifully with minimal external age/wear, and are solidly bound with clean pages with owner's inscriptions. The "Story" book measures approximately 7.25" x 10.5" and contains 110 pages; the Bible measures 4"x5.75". Both are contained in a special slipcase..
