Condition/Details:Bound in three quarter leather and contained in a patterned slipcase, this rare limited edition collection of three dramatic works by Henrik Ibsen -- An Enemy of the People, The Wild Duck, and Hedda Gabler -- is number 221 of 1500 copies that include exquisite woodcut illustrations -- both in-text monochrome images and full-page, full color prints -- by Fredrik Matheson, the noted Norwegian artist. Matheson's signature appears on the limitation notice. The volume shows very light external wear, and is solidly bound with clean pages; the original woodcuts are all intact and complete and show beautifully.
