Savage/'53" and verso Masonite and stretcher, oil on canvas, several titles verso stretcher crossed out including "Quiet Passage", 21 x 26 in.; silver gilt wood and composition frame. Lined with Masonite by artist, minor points of flaking, frame with surface losses. Provenance: Deaccessioned from a South Carolina Museum
