figure of Mary or St. Catherine with the sacred heart, full figure standing in curved niche flanked by columns, stained glass with extensive painted detail, lower memorial panel with names dated 1891, Angers, France, total height 97 x 36-1/4 in., one panel unframed, other three in crude wood frames, (four pieces). Several large cracks, scattered small chips, some loss of glass at bottom corners with associated losses, other scattered cracks. Provenance: The Estate of the Late Milton Stephens, Greenville, South Carolina
