Both with moderate edge wear, slight separation top front hinge of volume one, light toning and foxing, slight fading to paintings. Provenance: Bookplates inside front boards, "Pull Court Library", "Richard Lane Freer" and "The Bequest of the Venerable Archdeacon Freer to E.R. Dowdeswell, 1863". Property of a Charleston Lady
