William & Mary Giltwood and Velvet Upholstered Sofa, early 18th century, rectangular backrest and scrolled arms, on acanthus carved, scrolled feet joined by stretchers, lg. 78 in.

Condition report

Condition: Very heavy looses to surface of base with much wood and gesso showing through; repaired numerous times; three pieces to base off but present; good fairly rare and attractive sofa in need of restoration.
