Rare Thomas Boone 1790 Signed Note, Cousin of Daniel, manuscript on 2.5" x 7.5" scrap of laid paper reading Recd. of John Grant twenty shillings for storage on Acct. of Ephraim Brown Jany. 6th, 1790 Thos. Boone. Thomas Boone, Daniel's cousin, had moved down river from Limestone, Ky., in 1790 to Cincinnati, first to Pike St. and later to the area that would become known as Indian Hill along what is now called Shawnee Run Rd., formerly Boone Rd. Family lore relates that Daniel often visited his cousin Tom at their Indian Hill home.

Folds, minor stains and short margin tears, not affecting Boone signature, VG.
