Bill Clinton Billsigner Pen, for the president to sign bills into law . 23K Gold plated, the finish on the pen is entirely 23K gold plated. The clip is also gold plated while the tip of the pen is silver and the very top piece is black - makes for a nice contrast. The "Bill Clinton" facsimile signature is in black. In excellent condition, with original box.
