43th President. Very scarce PRESIDENTIAL GIFT. This is an attractive, 7"x9" (and quite heavy) polished silver picture frame, opening is about 4"x6". At the top is an etched Presidential seal. At the bottom, is etched: "Bill Clinton" signature. These are given by the White House as gifts to serious VIP's and very large contributors. New and in excellent condition.
