39th U.S. President. Partly printed DS, 2 pages - recto and verso of one page, 4to, dated July 31, 1986. This document is an equipment purchase agreement between Jimmy Carter and Citizens Telephone Company, Inc. The former president had a telephone system installed into his home in Plains, Georgia. In part: "...This agreement made this 24th day of July 1986 by and between Citizens Telephone Company, Inc., a Georgia corporation (hereinafter called the "Company."), and Pres. Jimmy Carter (hereinafter called the "Customer")..." Signed: "Jimmy Carter." In excellent condition.
