Woodrow Wilson, who served as the 28th President during WWI. Matte-finish 6.5" x 9" photo on its original 9.5" x 13" photographer's mount, boldly signed in fountain pen on the mount "Woodrow Wilson." In very good condition, with slight scattered silvering, a tiny corner chip to photo, a few spots, and a few chips to mount easily matted out.
