Description: With 12 leavings containing original pencil drawings on both sides of most leaves, some with tipped or mounted artwork, plus artwork on inside covers; also, later added artwork by a young child, including a watercolor of a house by a 9 year old (dated 1893) tipped on the rear inside cover. 8½x11, thin boards, cloth-backed marbled paper over boards.Interesting art student sketch book from the 1800's. Signed on the front inside cover by Minnie Rausch, dated August 16, 1875 at San Jose Institute. First leaf identified as "My first drawing."
