Author: Whiting, Franklin P. Description: 12¾x15¾" original etching, tipped onto board and matting; with printed information slip tipped onto backing. Limited Edition.Titled and signed by the artist in pencil in the bottom margin. Whiting, a noted New York architect, worked under famed architect Ernest Flagg, who designed the 47-story Singer building in Manhattan and others, all of which were essential to New York's first laws governing city architecture.
