Limited Edition.Titled and signed by the artist in pencil in the bottom margin. Whiting, a noted New York architect, worked under famed architect Ernest Flagg, who designed the 47-story Singer building in Manhattan and others, all of which were essential to New York's first laws governing city architecture. And Whiting was right there assisting Flagg during the early 1900's.
