Weller Late Line Eocean piece with heavy floral slip decoration. This form, a holder of some sort for toothpicks, matches, cigarettes, pins, or other items, is unusual and along with the accompanying lot, makes a nice set. Unmarked. Mint. 3 7/8" wide by 2 1/8" tall.
