This Auction will be held at 103 Hammond Road, Shippensburg, PA on Saturday July 12th, starting at 9:00 a.m. We will start at lot #1 and go up, it takes approximately 1 min. to sell each item, so if you want item # 100 it will sell approximately 10:40 p.m., although the time line will show that the auction ends at 9 p.m. on the 13th, the actual auction for each item ends the second we click sold on the lap top! All interested parties may attend live and bid, or may bid online. Items may be previewed up until the 8th. We will not sell items before so do not ask. G.W. McGrew Auction Company will not be responsible for bids missed due to internet failure, or any other technical difficulty. Although your bid may have been placed before the auction date, the auctioneer may take a floor bid of the same amount before your bid. The auctioneer has full and final say of all bidding and bid increments. The only way to be 100% sure your bid gets placed is to attend the auction in person, or leave an absentee bid with us over the phone. If you do plan on following along on the internet and bidding live, we strongly advise to bid quick and early, there is a slight delay and the live auction is always a few seconds ahead of the internet.

Once the auctioneer cry’s sold the item is yours, so if between the time of sale and the date you pick your item up it breaks in half, we are going to help you load both half’s. If you do not understand or see that there could be a problem, please contact us!!!!!!! Machines Specifications: All information is taken from sources deemed accurate, such as Years, Serial #’s, Weights, Horse Power, Lift capacities etc. We can not guarantee anything, so if we tell you a machine can lift 5,000 lbs, and it only lifts 3,000 lbs. Then so be it. Same if find the machine is a 1999 model and it really is a 1996. Please call the manufacturer and do your own research to make sure the machine fits your needs and specifications before bidding. We do not lie or try to deceive, but we are not experts on every machine we sell. Hours: We do not sell anything that we have bought from new, therefore we can not guarantee hours on anything we sell, we never turn them back or change tachs. But through the course of a machines life things can happen. If a machine is showing low hours and does not appear to be correct from our stand point we will state it.

We strongly advise that all bidders contact us and ask any questions before bidding. Once you win the item it is sold and it is yours, so PLEASE ask questions before you bid, and not when you come to pick up!!! ON INTERNET PURCHASES ONLY Buyers are responsible for paying buyers premium. Buyers premium will be added to each item purchased through the internet. Buyer premium is 10 % from $0-$1000 and for items $1,000 and up will be charged 10% on the first $1,000 and 5% on the remainder of the sale price.

Buyer is responsible for any or all shipping cost and arrangements, however we can assist if you like. If you get a quote from Braden, the quote is guaranteed and you can include the quote with payment for your item.
