738. Captain America complete costume. (ca. late 1970s) Costume is constructed of heavy spandex and consists of tunic, tights, gloves, signature "A" cowl with red leather boots. Iconic steel shield painted red, white and blue with both leather shoulder straps (for wear on the back) and canvas straps for fighting & throwing. Interior "Eaves Costume Co., Inc." label has "R B" marking. Originally obtained from Marvel Entertainment Group, N.Y. and was more than likely used for promotional purposes for the Captain America TV movies. $2000 - $3000
