785. Screen-used Budweiser frog and lizard ensemble display from the television commercials. Chameleon characters "Frank" and "Louie" sit on a tree limb overlooking the display of frogs known as "Bud", "Weis" and "Er". The lizards are foam latex over a polyfoam and aluminum structure and the frogs are silicone over steel and aluminum structures. No motion elements are in place inside these famous figures, but they are screen-used as long shot elements (to avoid wires, cables and puppeteers). Measures 44 in. tall x 41 in. wide.

Profiles in History is pleased to present its third and final offering of 35 original screen-used visual effects creatures and puppets of some of the most iconic characters ever created for film. These impressive pieces were assembled over many years by a single private collector who has now decided to pass these treasures on to new caretakers.

Many of you will recognize these characters as original creations of the artists at the Academy Award-winning effects house Stan Winston Studio, and each piece is accompanied by a signed letter of authenticity from the Stan Winston Studio. Bidders please note: the consignor will be donating a portion of the proceeds from the sale of each piece to the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).
