![]() 786. Screen-used "transformed" helmet from Creature Features: How To Make A Monster. (Columbia, 2001) This is the "transformed" helmet of the telemetry suit from the HBO made for TV movie. When inputs become outputs in the story, the game takes over and becomes the hunter of its own programmers. The device takes game props, electronics and even body parts from the other characters to "build" itself into this horrible creation. Chrome coated fiberglass, foam latex, aluminum, steel, polyfoam and rubber based paints are custom finished to create this unique and bizarre movie character element. Measures 14 in. tall x 19 in. long (from tip of horn). Profiles in History is pleased to present its third and final offering of 35 original screen-used visual effects creatures and puppets of some of the most iconic characters ever created for film. These impressive pieces were assembled over many years by a single private collector who has now decided to pass these treasures on to new caretakers. Many of you will recognize these characters as original creations of the artists at the Academy Award-winning effects house Stan Winston Studio, and each piece is accompanied by a signed letter of authenticity from the Stan Winston Studio.
