849. Rhonda Fleming western style costume worn in Gun Glory. (MGM 1957). Blue and white gingham check dress with powder blue collar and cuffs and, with snap close collar bow, designed by Walter Plunkett and worn by Rhonda Fleming in this MGM western. Zipper and button front closure with buttons running the length of the dress, and bustle on the back. Sewn in bias label handwritten "1711- 5524 Rhonda Fleming." The gown also features the handwritten notation #1 signifying the principal version of the costume as used by Fleming. Includes a color still of Fleming wearing the dress. There is a small repaired hole at lower front of dress and minor soiling. $400 - $600
