Vanir Raiders SFX dagger from Conan the Barbarian

946. Vanir Raiders special effects dagger from Conan the Barbarian. (Universal, 1982) Metal short sword/dagger with retractable special effects tip and suede wrapped handgrip. This dagger was used by one of "Thulsa Doom's" henchmen, the Vanir Raiders, in the attack on the Cimmerian village. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Nick Allder, special effects supervisor on the film, stating, "This Retracting Tip Dagger used by Thulsa Doom's Henchmen in the film Conan the Barbarian was made by my Special Effects team." Measures 33 in. long. $3000 - $5000
