990. Alien Attacker filming miniature from Independence Day. (TCF, 1996) Dark gray fiberglass spaceship miniature with clear plastic cockpit window used in the sequences within the mother ship. The bottom of the model has some exposed wiring for cockpit and cannon illumination and an armature mount underneath for use in front of a green screen. Magnetic trapdoor underneath reveals a color Photostat of an interior wall of the cockpit. Exhibits some wear from filming use. Measures 25 in. in diameter. $10000 - $12000
