1065. Andrew Tiernan "Ephialtes" hero helmet from 300. (Warner Bros., 2006) Leather-lined urethane hero helmet worn by andrew Tiernan as the traitorous outcast hunchback "Ephialtes" in the film 300. "Ephialtes" handwritten in marker inside the helmet. Sculpted to fit the disfigured head of "Ephialtes", hence the large portion missing at the back. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Creature Effects, Inc., the special effects studio that created it. $2000 - $3000
