Taft writes: "My dear Mr. Pierce: I beg to acknowledge the receipt of your telegram of congratulations, received at the time of the election, and to thank you for sending it and for your kind words of greeting and good wishes. Very sincerely yours, Wm. H. Taft." Some bleeding of type. Else Fine.
