PORFIRIO DIAZ (1830-1915) Two-time Mexican President who helped to expel the French from Mexico. Diaz's progressive policies often failed, and in 1910 the citizens revolted against him, forcing him to flee to France. Partially Printed Document Signed on second page. Three pages, 11 1/2" x 17". Mexico. October 22, 1907. The document, in Spanish, grants mining right in Cerro del Pueblo. Two tax revenue stamps and official stamp at upper left on first page . File holes at left. Fine.
