An unusual edition of the well known Connecticut Courant printed by Hudson and Goodwin in that the entire front page of the paper displays an advertisement for Hudson and Goodwin's books. "Hudson and Goodwin have for sale at their store opposite the North Meeting House, Hartford, the following books, which they have lately received from London, Dublin and elsewhere." A wide variety of books in many topical interest areas such as medicine, poetry, divinity, arts and sciences and many others are included as well as writing papers, account books, etc. Excellent condition.
