The Schutzmutze, padded headwear worn by tank crewmen from 1935. The crown is very good with no mothing. Leather sweat band with 1940 date stamp, remains supple, some light staining. The lining is very good, again supple. Cloth patch to the front, eagle badge absent. Excellent condition.
