Large clock by Shreve, Crump & Low Co, Boston. Circa 1900. 7 inch round dial to a brass background with foliate design work added. Beveled glass front which opens to allow access to three winding apertures and a choice of chimes, Strike or silent and 8 bells or 4 gongs. Chimes on the quarter hour. The case stands 23.25 inches, the whole being 23.25 x 16.5 x 12 inches. Rear door opens to reveal the brass workings with 5 gongs and bell. Working order. Slight damage to the two front feet otherwise Very good condition.
