Lapis and Jade beads recovered from an ancient Egyptian tomb, reconstructed into a necklace circa 1920. Ancient Egyptians believed that jade was capable of enhancing love desires and Lapis cured a host of ailments including the prevention of miscarriage. Fashioned in contemporary 22K gold with Nile pearls added. 18inches long 34 grams.
