Large Meissen style porcelain figural depicts a lady and Gentleman playing chess. The seated lady holds a fan, while her companion waits for her next move. Each is trimmed with delicate lace, (minor damage). Hand decorated. Signed with a blue under glazed mark. Overall, measures approximately 6 x 8.5 x 11 inches. Very good condition.
