Covers worn, joints cracked or tender, a few spines with vertical splits but threads holding, several spine labels missing, others worn, front cover of Vol. I detached; lower portion of map of southern part of South America neatly torn off but present, plan of Paris with 8" tear, plan of London with 6" tear, lacking 2 plates/maps, bookplates of John Waldie, good condition internally sold as is.
