GEORGE III SILVER CAKE BASKET.
Marked for London, 1795-6, and maker's mark "M*P" in a rectangular reserve. Oblong basket with engraved shield in center featuring four moons over the "Crescent". Reeding on handle that is mirrored on the rim of the foot and basket border. 5" h, 32.6 ozt.
