19th Century. Paneled box with black lacquer, gilt figural scenes and carved paw feet. Fitted lift-out tray with carved bone sewing accessories. Single fitted drawer has a hinged lift lid with gilt design. Wear and some edge loss. 14"w. 10"d. 6 1/2"h.
