Oil on canvas, unsigned. Seated portrait of a bearded gentleman holding a book. Minor repairs. 36"h. 28 1/4"w. Modern frame, 41 1/2"h. 34"w.

Condition: Small patch on back, small closed tear near his left hand. Frame is new. Not blacklit.
