Paul V. Ambrose and Drew J. Bauer present: This is the Scarce #6447 Pennsylvania N5C Caboose that Lionel made circa 1963. Due to cost-cutting efforts, this Caboose was issued without Illumination even though it was a component of a Super-O Set. Our Opinion is that it is generally in Excellent Plus Condition. No Box.
