ABT: Lionel #6464-300 Painted Rutland/Clear Body

Paul V. Ambrose and Drew J. Bauer present: This is the #6464-300 heat-stamped Rutland Box Car that Lionel made circa 1955. It is the very rare variation, probably earliest production while Lionel was still experimenting with the decorating scheme, where both the Yellow and Green colors are painted on a Clear Body Mold. A benchmark piece to any 6464-series Box Car collection and about as good as you could ever hope to find. We beleive it is evety bit as rare as the more notable Solid-Shield variation. Our Opinion is that it is generally in Excellent Condition. No Box. All Original in our Opinion. Please add $30.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
