French Spelter Figure "Accord" by Pillet: the figure is of a youth in a chair attempting to drip food into a standing cats mouth. There is a foundry stamp on the base of the figure.

(The bronze, brown and black finish is worn. The base has 2 unexplained holes on the back edge. The chair back has a threaded hole where something else may have been attached.)
