Lot of 7 Perfin Stamps 7 Assorted Postage Stamps

Lot of 7 Perfin Stamps 7 Assorted Postage Stamps from Belgium (1c with "Ws" perfin); Germany (Carl Benz commemorative stamp with "E.E.H. perfin); Great Britain (1penny with "TD" perfin); Italy (50c with "CI" perfin); and France (1F with "DC&C" perfin, 3F with "DC&C" perfin, and 10c with LN" perfin) each with a Perfin. People used to be able to turn in unused postage to the Post Office for cash, or even used postage to pay bills. Perfin's (small punched holes in the stamps) were used by company's to keep employees from stealing stamps, as the Post Office would not re-buy any stamps with perfins.
