Condition/Details: Bound in copper-colored cloth with bright gilt embossing decorated with flower design, this antique novel is a scarce first edition of the author of "Little Women". The work is illustrated with several engravings. The volume is slightly cocked and the edges of boards show staining and discoloration. Endpapers are also stained, with prelim and frontispiece showing stain to top corner. This book is solidly bound with clean pages. The book measures approximately 5" x 6.75" and contains 305 pages.
