Broadside newspaper carrier's address titled "City Watchman's Address, For Christmas Day, December 25, 1830". Sheet features two column 100-line poem with some patriotic overtones. Masthead features woodcuts of an eagle and a decorative border Sheet measures 16.5" x 11" and exhibits some toning and folds with some weakness and some minor edge chips.
