Ivory Coast, Baule. A face mask, surmounted by a standing female figure with carved coiffure and extended arms holding manioc. The small nose straight and the small mouth with carved teeth. Left arm shows repair, glossy encrusted black patina. H. ca. 43 cm. Provenance: Acquired from a Boston museum in the year 1979.
