Large vellum land document for Lease & Release of 2500 acres of Pennsylvania land between Richard Haynes of London and Hugh Lamb of Edmonton. Document dated March 22, 1682, measures 24" x 27" and is signed at bottom by Haynes with small attached wax seal. Document exhibits overall toning with some minor fold weakness in spots.
