Vellum land indenture for 7000 acres of Pennsylvania land between Joseph Lamb of Oxford, England and James Logan of Philadelphia. Document dated October 13, 1711, measures 9.5" x 21" and is signed at bottom by Lamb with small attached wax seal and includes tax stamps at left with pre-printed header. Document exhibits overall toning period corrections and rubs.
