Vellum land patent to Job Goodson for 1000 acres lying in Bucks County dated August 2, 1730. Document is twice signed by Thomas Penn and measures 14.5" x 29.5". Document exhibits overall toning with some fold weakness with several small holes. Hanging seal is present but heavily damaged. Signatures are strong.
